RazelTin

RazelTin is a film production system I founded to test one idea under real production load: that no single model should do every job.

It does not render in-house. It routes each shot to whichever model handles it best, matching model to shot instead of forcing one pipeline to do everything at once.

Character consistency, shot continuity, lipsync and audio are orchestration problems before they are model problems. The work is in the layers around the model: scripts, characters, shots, prompts, generation, consistency, edit, audio and screen.
