I have spent more than twenty years making new technology carry real operational weight, first in travel and airline systems, then in internet companies, brokerage and benefits platforms, and now in generative AI and agentic systems.

Engineering and capital are usually two different people in the room. A FINRA Series 65 license, a Master’s in Finance in progress, and a career inside brokerage and private equity technology mean I can be both.

A career, in order

I began in enterprise computing at SABRE Travel Information Network, as Vice President of Worldwide Travel Agency Technology. The early internet came next: SVP Engineering and CTO at BizTravel, later acquired by Rosenbluth Travel. Then the dot-com years, as EVP Engineering and CIO at HotJobs, which Monster acquired.

A long independent stretch followed. I founded ValetNoir and served as founder or interim CTO for startups including Namely, AdCloud, OpenHour and MIVA. From 2015 to 2017 I was EVP Operations and CTO at Progyny. From 2017 to 2022 I was a contract technology executive at Oppenheimer & Co.

Since 2022 I have led Vector Engineering as founder, CTO and senior AI and ML research lead. I am the founder and CEO of RazelTin, and since 2025 Managing Partner of SteepleJack Capital Partners. The thread through all of it is making new technology carry real operational weight.
